It’s been about a year since I’ve posted anything about the Cashletes, a brand made up of fictional teams skilled at the art at making money.

This collection is even better than their last. Everything from the color palettes, to the custom jock tags on the bottom of the shirts, to the expertly crafted “team logos”, speaks to me in a way that only another fan of traditional sports aesthetics could understand. Their basketball and baseball related images are very timely, what with both the NBA and MLB recently negotiating (relatively) successful Collective Bargaining Agreements. The Cashletes‘ 2012 Preseason collection is currently only comprised of tee shirts (all priced at $30) and is available via their online shop. However, stay tuned to H1GHER LEARNING because if they decide to drop anything else–I’ll be all over it.

MY FAVORITE GRAPHICS (with the professional team I believe they are inspired by): the Philadelphia Benjamins (Cleavland Indians), the California Rushers (Denver Nuggets), and my personal favorite the Atlanta Bankheads (Chicago Bulls).

BTW: Enter CASH4XMAS at checkout for $10 off (Offer valid through the end of 2011).
